Our Teen Fitness Programme is specially designed to help young adults build confidence, develop healthy habits, and improve their overall fitness in a fun and supportive environment. These classes focus on introducing teens to a wide range of exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination, all while fostering a positive relationship with physical activity.

Led by experienced instructors, each session is tailored to suit all fitness levels, ensuring every participant feels comfortable and challenged. From bodyweight exercises and light strength training to cardio drills and functional movements, the Programme promotes physical development while emphasising proper form and injury prevention.
