Join our tailored 12-week Programme. Each candidate will have a custom-designed program designed especially to help you reach your fitness goals through a combination of strength and high-intensity workouts. There are two sessions each week with additional complimentary classes included. Alongside regular check-ins and body composition tracking, you’ll benefit from expert talks and bonus sessions led by our nutritionist, mindfulness, and women’s health professionals.
