Mum's Postnatal Studio Programme with Full Creche Facilities

Join our *Mums on the Run* class, a postnatal studio-based exercise Programme designed to help you rebuild strength, mobility, and fitness levels in a safe and supportive environment. We provide full creche facilities with professional supervision while you train. The course is tailored specifically for new mums, this class focuses on gentle yet effective exercises to restore core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. Led by experienced instructors who understand your unique needs, it’s the perfect way to regain confidence in your fitness journey while balancing the demands of motherhood. Take time for yourself, feel energised, and embrace a healthier, stronger you!

To ensure the safety of mums to participate, we recommend you are 6 weeks post vaginal birth, or 9 -12 weeks post c-section before participation, as per advice from your GP at six weeks check up. All sessions can be tailored to mum's abilities & any post natal complications such a rectis diastasis, weak pelvic floor muscles etc can be adapted for.
